Attractive leafy ornamental plant, vigorous, simple culture
`Black Dragon´ is a particularly striking colored nettle variety. The leaves are black-red and very strongly bulged. In autumn, the plants bloom with small, light blue flowers. This variety is particularly attractive when solitary, but can also be used in mixed containers or boxes.
A preculture is necessary. The planting out can only take place after the last frosts. Regular fertilization and irrigation are important when used in a bucket. Avoid excessive amounts of nitrogen.
